Unleavened Bread
Passover – Unleavened bread.
On the 13th of Nissan, the day before Passover eve, the children of Israel where commanded to get rid of the leaven bread and everything with leaven in their houses and lives.
Leaven is collected and put in a vessel, taken on the outside to be destroyed or burnt. From that day begins also the 7 days of unleavened bread, eating and enjoying a life without leaven in it.
1 Corinthians 5:7-8 says:
Purge out therefore or cleanse, purify, get rid of the old leaven (evil nature or character), that you may become a new lump as ye truly are unleavened. For even Christ, our Passover, is sacrificed for us.
Therefore let us keep the feast of Passover, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice, wickedness, bitterness, unforgivenes, gossip and backbiting; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
Galatians 5:9 says: Keep your self from malice and wickedness, and you take out all leaven in your lives.
On that same day of Passover, when the 7 days of unleavened bread begins, you have got to be sincere with God and surrender all your weakenesses in prayer, repent and turn away from them,
because also in this same season, God’s power (blood of Yeshua) is available to cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9 says; If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
