The willingness to learn new things is the key to success
When people grow up they seem to lose their ability of being able to think like children do, yet our growing up demands us to maintain the thoughts of a child, and to be willing to learn new things like children do.
We never stop learning; when a person stops learning, that’s is when the state of that person’s brain becomes ignorant, resistant towards new ideas, and also that person will begin to reject the natural energizes that governs the natural laws of change.
Instructions and learning increases wisdom:
A wise leader increases in wisdom, understanding and knowledge every time when he or she is corrected, rebuked and instructed, but fools reject wise counsel, teachings, correction and rebuke, because they are wise in their own opinion.
Every fool is a product of another foolish leader, parent or teacher, but a leader who instructs and teaches other leaders about God’s ways or commandments, is a fountain of life and a sign or messenger that points others to the road map of success.
Imagination attracts new ideas:
The difference between a child and a grown up person is the ability of imagination, a child’s imagination is always open for new ideas and learning, but a grown up imagination is always limited by the qualifications of its experience, culture and traditions,
I guess that is the reason why God’s word declares that: if we do not become like children, we shall not be able see the kingdom of God.
