Connecting your 7 emotions
What is Omer counting?
Connecting your 7 emotions (your soul).
Omer counting is the 50 days that takes place from the 1st day of Passover until the time of the Pentecost feast (when the holy spirit fell upon the apostle in the upper room).
This is a period of seven weeks, and in this period of 50 days we connect the seven emotions of our soul back to God.
Your soul has seven emotions, also in Hebrew called;
1: Chesed meaning; Love and Kindness.
2: Gevurah meaning Discipline, and Vigor.
3: Tiferet meaning; Beauty, Harmony and Compassion.
4: Netzach meaning; Victory, Endurance and Determination.
5: Hod meaning; Humility and Devotion.
6: Yesod meaning; Bounding, Foundation and Connection.
7: Malchut meaning; Majesty and Dignity.
In this period of 50 days or Seven weeks of Omer counting that begins from Passover and finishes on Pentecost, it’s a time of examining our will and desires that are hidden in within our seven emotions, so that our will and desires may totally be connected to God’s will for our lives.
Jesus Christ our Lord prays fervently to his Father in Heaven and says; Father Let it not be my will, but let your will be done (Luke 22:41-42).
You can see that Jesus Christ Himself was fighting against another will in His mind and desire that was trying to come against the original will that was given to Him by His Father in Heaven.
In the Omer counting we read the Omer (a small spiritual study that guides us and helps us to examine our own will) so that our will (seven emotions of our soul) may be connected to God’s perfect will for our lives.
And we also recite a prayer of blessing each day from the First day of Passover until that great day of Pentecost (The day when the Holy spirit fell upon the Apostles in Acts 2:1-2.
The day when God came on Mountain Sinai with Thunder, fire and trumpet blowing to give Israel His commandments as in Exodus 19:16-25 & Exodus 20:1-26.
The day when Adam gave his rib to God, and in return God gave him a woman as his helper Gen 2:21-24).
God wants you to connect your 7 emotions unto Him, so that you may relate them to the 7 attributes in the earth.
