December is a season of giving and sharing with the ones you love
In this season we always remember our families, it is a season of giving and using our giving to express our love and care for each other.
But as I was meditating on this issue of giving presents and looking forward on receiving presents in this season, the Lord reminded me about a very important subject that most of us always forget,
He said unto me that; Son of man remind my people to exercise their love in a way that will be able to extend My light, love, revelation and knowledge into the world, (by becoming the spiritual light that lights up the world).
Now; you should understand that I do not have any thing against giving presents to your loved ones in your family, but the Lord said unto me that; we can even become more better people and also make this world a better place if we understand this other dimension of giving.
There are two types of giving; the first one is when you give some thing to some one who is in need, and in this case you give so that you may fulfill a need (in this season of Chanukah we give to our family members,
but also this is the same season of Christmas when the world does also the same thing) because people are expecting to be given and they are also willing to exchange presents to each other in this season.
But there is another type of giving; I call it the type of giving that draws more light (God’s revelation) from above and brings it into our lives and makes it part of our every day activities.
Proverb 28:4 says; those who forsake God’s law or principles praise the wicked, but such as keep God’s law contend with them.
Galatians 6:6-7 says; Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches, do not be deceived, God is not mocked: what ever a man sows, that he will also reap.
John 3:16 says; For God so loved the world, that His love for the world compelled Him to give His only begotten son, Now; I want you to notice that when God gave He had to be specific in His giving, in other words, God didn’t just give,
He didn’t just use any woman to bring forth His child into this world; but He focused or He aimed to something as He was giving.
The scripture says unto us that; God sent angel Gabriel to go to a virgin Jewish woman in the land of Israel by the name of Marry who was faithfully keeping the law or God’s principles that Moses had delivered to Israel, and because of her faithfulness she was still virgin,
and her virginity was a sign of honor towards God’s law and principles in the Torah (five books of Moses, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Number and Deuteronomy).
So God decided to give her His child (Jesus Christ, Yeshua) because she was able to teach and bring Him up in the fear of God
And the spirit of The Lord said unto me that; tell My people to remember to give into their teachers that teach them My wisdom, let them extend My light (love, revelation and knowledge) into the world through giving, supporting and appreciating their teachers that are feeding them with My daily bread.
There are evil war fares (bad lack, bad circumstance and bad choices including sicknesses) that we conquer in life through learning how to focus and aim our giving into the right place.
