If it was not for the Jews
The Jewish nation is a sign of a blessing to the world!
If the evil one succeeded to destroy all the Jews from the face of the earth, then the world could not have had anyone to prolong God’s life in it cause there would be no one keeping God’s commandments.
Did you know that when the Jews keep the Sabbath, that even those who do not believe in God are also blessed and sanctified by God just because there is a nation that is radical enough to keep God’s commandments?
In Exodus 20:8-11 , God says, remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy….and God rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and sanctified it.
Notice that on this day God blessed the earth which means that on this same day God makes everything that He created to multiply and bear fruit. The second thing He does, He sanctifies the earth on this same day.
The word sanctify meaning that on that same day God takes every character of every living being and human being and maintains it in the right balance of moral action.
Why do you think that Hitler never managed to wipe out all the Jews off the face of the earth, when it was one of his strongest desire to do so?
Let me tell you why, cause if he had succeeded to do that, then that means that this world would have suddenly come to an end.
Do you know that this entire earth (world) is sustained and given life by a man or woman that is obedient (carrying out, performing) the laws that were given to Moses on mount Sinai.
When the rainbow appears up in the sky, what do you see?
Genesis 9:12-15 and Genesis 8:20-21 says, that through the deeds of one man Noah, God decides to make a promise to this man that He will never allow the waters in the heavens to break forth from their boundaries to flood the whole earth because of men’s wickedness.
Because of this one man and his obedient character towards God’s commandments today when ever you see that rainbow appear up in the sky, remember that it is a sign that the waters were trying to break from there boundaries to water the earth and flood it.
But also at the same time God remembered the promise He made to Noah and through His mercies He puts up the rainbow in the sky to remind himself about the covenant (promise) that He made with Noah.
Another man I want to talk about was a Jew from the nation of Israel, this man walked with God and was obedient to God’s commandment, in Genesis 22:1-4 the scriptures tells us that God spoke to Abraham specifically and commanded him to go to a specific place with a specific kind of sacrifice and the sacrifice was his own son.
