Pentecost – Blessings or curses – Continuation
Pentecost – Shavuot on Mount Sinai.
Pentecost is the positive effect which takes place in the 3rd month on the Hebrew calendar.
In the book of Exodus 19:1-21 in the 3rd month during this same season of Pentecost called Shavuot in Hebrew,
the children of Israel known as the Jewish nation came to the place called mount Sinai.
At the feet of Mount Sinai, God gave Israel the written law of His Torah and the Revelation of the Oral law.
He also made them into a kingdom of priests and a holy nation as it is written in Exodus 19:5-6.
During this season of Pentecost Moses was also commanded by God to translate the commandments which were to be written in the Torah scroll into 70 languages. Why 70?
Because at that time when God laws were given to Moses there were 70 languages which represented the 70 nations that were in the whole earth.
In the book of Acts 2:1-4 during the same season of Pentecost (which falls in the 3rd month called Sivan on God’s calendar),
the body of Christ or the believers in Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) became a church for the very first time as it is written in Acts 2:1-47.
In this same season of Pentecost; when you observe the scriptures carefully in the book of Acts 2:6-13, you will find out that the nations or the different languages that were scattered, divided and confused by God during the building of the tower of Babel, became the nations that were added on and reunited in their faith towards God.
Through this same season of Pentecost the nations that had gone away from God, repented, became baptized in God’s Holy Spirit, and on that same day three thousand souls from the different nations of the world came back to God with a willingness to do His will.
The season of Pentecost is a season when your life becomes reconciled, reunited, remarried, reignited, revived and renewed into God’s perfect will.
