Pisces – Tribe of Naphtali
The 12th month called Adar on the Hebrew calendar, God’s calendar stands for Naphtali who was the sixth son of Jacob born by Bilhah, the maidservant of Rachel (Genesis 30:7-8).
According to the Hebrew alphabet letter Naphtali represents the Hebrew letter called Kuf, which means; monkey, to surround, strength, also this alphabet letter is equivalent to the number 100.
According to the Jewish (Hebrew) studies of kabbalah the zodiac sign of Naphtali is Pisces.
In Deuteronomy 33:23 Moses blesses Naphtali being the 12th month on the Hebrew calendar, and this is the prophetic blessing that God gave to this month through Moses.
Deuteronomy 33:23 says; And of Naphtali he said: “O Naphtali, satisfied with favor, And full of the blessing of the LORD, Possess the west and the south.”
Pisces, the fish, is the zodiac sign for Adar.
It is an appropriate sign for a month known for fun and frivolity, because, the Rabbis said, in joyous ways Israel can be compared to a fish.
How so? Just as the evil eye has no power over a fish in water, the evil eye has no power over the people of Israel.
Moreover, although fish live in water, when a drop falls from above they catch it thirstily as if they had never tasted water before.
So it is with the people of Israel. Although they grow up immersed in the waters of the Torah, when they hear a new Torah lesson they drink it in as if they had never before heard the Torah expounded.
The month that means to be hungry and thirsty for the revelations and prophetic word of God.
