Speech is thoughts, or images sent from the brain to our vocal cord via nerve signals, which are then converted to words.

The master center of speech is the brain, through the communication of using spoken words, the brain tells the mouth what to say, and then the mouth speaks.

but yet; everything that is spoken by human beings is just borrowed information or knowledge which comes from what people see, feel, hear, study, watch or entertain.

To speak is the ability to be able to put the thoughts or images that somebody feels, sees, hears, imaginations, fantasizes and reads about into oral speech or spoken words.

The spiritual meaning of speech;

To speak is a form of art where images, pictures, thoughts, words, energies, and ideas can be taken from the spiritual realm via the mouth or the ability to speak,

Speech is the ability of being able to remember, to memorize, to borrow words and to download or capture words from the environment which surrounds one’s life, the culture which governs his habits, and the studies that built up his intellect, so that he or she may be able to use those words to formulate a conversation.

and through the art of speaking, these images are then converted into words, revealed and also exposed into the physical realm.

To speak means to create or to utter out words with the mouth or to speak words which contains a spiritual identity or vision.

Genesis 1:11 says: then God Said or spoke; “let The earth bring forth Grass,

The Herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind whose seed is in itself, on the earth“; and it was so.

John 6:63 says; …. The words I speak unto you there are spirit and life,

From Genesis1:1-31 declares that God created everything that is in the earth through the ability of speech.

Speech means; to prophecy, to extend, to upgrade, to design, to scatter words, to call, to give someone or something a name or a spiritual identity through the ability of speech.

Isaiah 51:16 And I have put My words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, That I may plant the heavens, Lay the foundations of the earth, And say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” 
Through the ability of speech, human beings can release curses or blessing into the lives of others.
