The Cultural behaviors (different types of cultures) which are found in the earth derived from human desire of self expression. 

During the time when God put Adam In the garden of Eden until the building of the tower of Babel as it is written inGenesis,

there was only one culture (cultural behaviour) on the earth, and the art or language of that culture was called; “Hebrew”.

Through the Hebrew language, God was able to transmit His ways of thinking, acting, teachings, ways of eating, singing, dancing, reasoning, and dreaming into Adam and his descendants.

Around the year 1757-1996 BC, being the point in History when Nimrod united the people so that they may construct or build the tower of Babel,

God saw that the evil desires of the human race on earth were desiring to be independent from His leadership and Hebrew culture,

and in the book of Genesis 11:1-9, God decided to give the people on the earth many languages or tongues, so that they may not be able to agree with each other.

And from that point in time human beings on the earth began to invent or to come up with new desires and languages which helped them to design their cultures or traditional habits,

where reasoning, art, music, dance, worship of many gods, writings,  new ideas, oral storytelling, myths, were discovered, developed, and upgraded.
