What causes war among people?
The word “war” means; a conflict carried on by force of arms, as between nations or between parties within a nation; warfare, as by land, sea, or air.
to be in conflict or in a state of strong opposition: opposing somebody else because of who he is. The temptation warred with his conscience.
The word “war” is also related to the spiritual mental state called, torment, paranoia or distress, which takes place in the mind.
The more king Saul was distressed, (having nightmares and paranoia mental images of his own fears), the more he hated and waged war against David to kill him.
War is the state of being jealous, hostile, greedy, selfish, envious, hateful and fearful, which can be converted into the evil desire of wanting to go to war.
But on the other hand, war can also be a state in which the oppressed group of people decides to go into warfare or raise up against the evil system of dictatorship.
The very first man to wage war.
The first man to engage in warfare against others was called Nimrod, Nimrod who was the son of Ham, the son of Cush also being the grand father of Mizraim (Egypt) as it is written in Genesis 10:6-13.
Nimrod’s warfare against others was waged in the name of greed, dictatorship and the evil desire of wanting to be worshiped as a god.
From that time until now; we have seen historical wars of dictators who raise up to fight wars of greed, power, selfishness etc…
But on the other side of the coin, we are also seeing leaders who raise up to empower and lead their people into war, so that the evil systems of dictatorship may be overthrown.
