Zodiac Sign – Sagittarius – Tribe of Benjamin
Sagittarius.
The 9th month called Kislev on the Hebrew calendar, God’s calendar stands for Benjamin, who was the 12th son of Jacob born by his beloved wife Rachel, (Genesis 35:16-18). Benjamin means: son of the right hand.
Benjamin is the only tribe of Israel who was born in the land of Israel. Benjamin’s talent was to shoot straight at his target.
According to the Hebrew alphabet letter Benjamin represents the Hebrew letter called Tet, which means; Inclination, staff–snake, below, bed, to surround, also this alphabet letter is equivalent to the number 9.
According to the Jewish (Hebrew) studies of kabbalah the zodiac sign of Benjamin is Sagittarius.
In Deuteronomy 33:12, Moses blesses Benjamin being the 9th month on the Hebrew calendar, and this is the prophetic blessing that God gave to this month through Moses.
Deuteronomy 33:12 says; Of Benjamin he said: “The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by Him, Who shelters him all the day long; And he shall dwell between His shoulders”.
Sagittarius, the archer, is the zodiac sign for Kislev.
The zodiac sign for Kislev is Sagittarius.
In Hebrew, the symbol is called keshet, a bow.
In the story of Noah and the Flood, which dominates the previous month of Cheshvan, the rainbow that glows after the Flood is also called keshet.
That bow symbolized God’s covenant and continued reconciliation with humans.
The bow of Kislev is a more warlike one, the archer’s weapon, and perhaps God’s as well, aimed at defeating Israel’s enemies.
In this month the defeated enemies are the Hellenized Syrians who sought to eliminate the Jewish religion and the highly assimilated Jews who would have allowed them to do so.
The archers are Judah the Maccabee and his brothers, who saved the nation.
Indeed, the prophet Zechariah is said to have foreseen the Maccabean victories when he proclaimed in God’s name, “I have drawn Judah taut, and applied [My hand] to Ephraim as to a bow” (Zechariah 9:13).
A month of spiritual boldness and Godly courageousness like a warriors arrows.
Sagittarius the Archer is pulling back his bow with his right hand. This is important to us because it shows us his powerful arm.
Remember the “right hand” is an idiom for “the arm of mighty power- God’s arm, and a picture of Messiah.”
